Fly Virtual is a great network which allows you to collect flight hours and do all the flight you want do. You can choose flights from every existing airline and then perform it on every common simulator which includes FSX, FSX Steam Edition, P3D and XPlane. If the flight is not featured in the schedule page you can always contact the admins who will include your flight to the website sometimes it doesn´t even take a hour until your flight is available.
