Aeromexico and Jet Airways will unite Mexico with India

Aeromexico and the international airline of India, Jet Airways, confirm the creation of a shared code with which passengers will be able to connect their flights to Mexico City, New Delhi and Bombay via London starting next May 1st.

First, Aeroméxico informed through a statement that it will launch the code named "AM" on Jet Airways direct flights from the cities of New Delhi and Mumbai to London. While Jet Airways will use the code "9W" on the flights of the Mexican airline from London to Mexico City

Through the aforementioned codes, users of both airlines can also accumulate miles through the Jet Privilege and Club Premier reward programs. Aeromexico and Jet Airways commented that this action will improve their connectivity and efficient access to their routes, which promotes trade between both regions, which has had an annual growth of 15%.

"It was necessary to materialize this agreement with our Jet Airways partner to offer better connectivity options to our clients to travel to India, a country that offers a great diversity of tourism, as well as an economic activity in constant growth", commented the executive director of Aeromexico revenues.
