PICTURE | Thomas Cook Airlines with Monarch Colours
Although Monarch Airlines went bankrupt last year, the brand lives on. Thomas Cook purchased a former Monarch Airlines Airbus A321 earlier this month and painted it in hybrid colours with both Thomas Cook and Monarch Airlines colours.

The airline also purchased another jet, however not painted in hybrid colours .

The Airbus A321-231s are registered G-TCVC and G-TCVD and had been in storage in Newquay since Monarch went bust, but now wear Thomas Cook colours.
